Falcon in about a minute
A wholesaler’s day in Falcon: where the business stands, a draft invoice finalised with GST worked out line by line, a bank statement matched to the books, a chemist’s screens after choosing a business mode, and the profit and loss built from the same entries.
Transcript
Bills in one place, the bank in another, GST worked out at the end of the month. Falcon keeps them in one set of books — and keeps checking them.
Where the business stands
This is a wholesaler in Indore. The home screen shows what it has billed, collected and is still owed — today.
An invoice, finalised
A draft invoice. Every line carries its HSN code and rate, and the tax is worked out for you. Finalising gives it its permanent number and posts it to the books. Then the printer hands it over.
The bank statement, matched
Then the bank statement, as your bank exports it. Each line is matched to the entry it came from. You confirm each match. Nothing is posted on its own.
Your trade, your screens
Tell Falcon your trade and the menus follow. A chemist gets batches by expiry, the Schedule H register and drug licences.
The statements, from the same entries
And the statements your accountant asks for are built from those same entries — every figure traceable to the voucher behind it. Falcon. Start free.
