In restaurant mode the menu opens with the table board, KOTs, recipes and food cost.

[0:03] The table board
Every table with an open ticket and what it has run up. Billing a table puts all its tickets on one bill at menu prices, with GST from each item. Leave the guest as walk-in, or bill a company that wants a GST invoice — then bill the table.

[0:22] Food cost
Recipes give each dish its plate cost, so you can see which dishes cost more than a third of their price.

[0:30] Rooms
For a hotel: which room is taken on which night, who is in house, and check-out that drafts the guest’s folio from nights times tariff. Falcon. Start free.
